A Mobile Operations specialist must represent and promote our services assisting our customers through their application process to provide excellent customer experience end to end. Must be a person who can handle sales, customer service and technical support calls gathering and executing the best resolution. 

Responsibilities:

• Receives inbound calls to assist customers 
• Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers 
• Analyze and resolve problems quickly while communicating effectively and documenting responses
• Provide remarkable customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer service calls and offering problem resolution.
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Gather customer’s information to determine and evaluate by analyzing the customer’s issues to assist with addressing and solving their specific enquiries
• Toubleshoot and resolve on-line and mobile loan issues with emphasis on customer service/sales/technical support
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of consumer products and services and referring loans and deposit products to consumer.
• Actively participate in sales meetings and offer creative ideas.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate resource
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and quality referral goals.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) Great grammar and oral skills
• Available to work on weekends
• Full time availability
• Analytical and Multi-tasking capabilities
• Technical Support Tier 1 experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Cultural fit and quick adaptability to execute new procedures
• Ability to function in a team environment & autonomously
