Funciones del cargo
Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Act as a primary technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication between development teams and stakeholders.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, continuous integration (CI), and test-driven development (TDD), among others.
Mentor and support team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers and other team leads to ensure timely delivery of projects, addressing and mitigating any technical risks or issues.
Stay abreast of new technology trends and tools, evaluating and adopting them to enhance our development processes and solutions.
Contribute to the strategic planning of projects, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, and scope definition.
Requerimientos del cargo
Looking for a tech lead level full-stack with profound knowledge in Azure, ASP.NET, C# and React.js, to help improve processes and take ownership of product delivery.
The company's tech stack currently includes:
- ASP.NET and C# for around 75% of the codebase
- React for the front end
- A significant portion (~ 30%) is in the legacy Visual Basic 6 language
- Some mobile apps built with Xamarin but planning to migrate to React Native
- Azure-based infrastructure with pipelines currently built manually rather than with Terraform
- Fluent English (B2, C1)
