What you are going to do
Recognize and identify effective sales channels for Fulltimeforce services.
Make cold calls to potential clients in the U.S. to generate leads and sales opportunities. Conduct follow-up to build rapport and further the sales process.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Organize and structure the sales area for consistent and systematic lead generation.
Actively seek and identify new business opportunities with clients, ensuring a proactive approach to sales.
Propose and evaluate new platforms or tools to enhance the sales strategy.
Requirements
Previous experience working in sales (+1 years)
Proven experience in executing and closing sales effectively.
Advanced English proficiency (capable of making calls to U.S.-based clients)
Previous experience in cold calling.
Desirable experience
Previous experience selling similar products, specifically outsourcing services for businesses, and familiarity with platforms like Upwork.
