Project/Department: You will join the Paid Media practice, working on high-volume client accounts across verticals such as lead generation and ecommerce. You’ll own end-to-end campaign execution—from setup to optimization and reporting—while aligning with the agency owner on strategic direction and tactics. This role focuses on maximizing ROI for multiple clients, maintaining aggressive spend management, and coordinating cross-channel activation to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns and, when needed, create ad accounts from scratch for new clients or initiatives.
  • Write and perform split tests on ad copy to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Craft strategic briefs for new creative assets and coordinate with design teams.
  • Continuously optimize audiences, creative, copy, and budgets to improve performance metrics.
  • Set up online and offline conversion tracking to measure ROI and attribution.
  • Provide clear performance reporting to stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the agency owner on overall strategy and tactical execution.

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist who prioritizes client ROI and can manage high-volume Google and Meta campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with lead generation and ecommerce, handles substantial monthly ad spend, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. You will navigate complex campaign ecosystems, optimize across channels, and contribute to strategic decisions that move client KPIs.
Required capabilities include proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads, familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Facebook Catalogs, solid use of Google Analytics, and robust keyword and competitor research practices. You should be organized, proactive, and able to communicate clearly in English. Bonus experience with Bing, TikTok, Email, and Amazon ads is a plus.

Desirable Skills

Experience with additional platforms (Bing, TikTok, Email marketing, Amazon ads) and a track record of managing 50,000 USD+ monthly spend across Google and Meta. Strong data storytelling skills, proficiency in attribution modeling, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment. Familiarity with feed management, catalog optimization, and eCommerce analytics is highly regarded.
