• Help develop prototypes for testing where appropriate.
• Create wireframes to assist in the ongoing design
• Create site maps and flow charts for processes as required.
• Help facilitate internal UX workshops.
• Design test scenarios and assist in conducting UX testing.

• Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• UX and UI knowledge and experience including user research, requirements gathering, personas, concepting, sketching, wireframes, rapid prototyping, prototypes, and sitemaps.
• Experience with Adobe, Figma, Sketch.
• Advanced English.
• Strong creativity and flair in design, with an expert eye for both aesthetics and functionality.
• Clear understanding of customer needs, motivations, and behaviours and how users interact with online multiplatform services.
• Ability to produce compelling graphical user interface elements, including high definition designs and design guidelines.
• Attention to detail, methodical approach to ensure high quality results.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a varied and busy workload and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with people at all levels across the Company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
