As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Zaelot, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements. You will collaborate closely with Agile teams to translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce applications. Your responsibilities will include designing custom Salesforce components, integrating third-party systems, automating business processes, and ensuring high performance and security standards.

You will also participate actively in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical documentation. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on best practices and new Salesforce features that can enhance our projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders will be key elements of your work.

This position demands leadership in driving innovative solutions while maintaining agility in an evolving development environment.

We seek candidates with a strong background in Salesforce development demonstrated by:

• Experience working on Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce development along with certification such as Salesforce App Builder or Platform Developer I is required to validate foundational expertise.
• Additionally, you should possess development experience, showcasing your deep knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Ability to communicate fluently in advanced English to facilitate collaboration with clients.
• We value technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, declarative development tools, and experience with deployment and version control are expected.
• Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams will be instrumental to your success.

While not strictly required, additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant would be advantageous. Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps automation tools, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce, and knowledge of other languages like JavaScript, SOQL, and RESTful APIs will further enhance your candidacy.
