We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with at least five years of hands-on software development experience—across both front-end and back-end technologies—because this role requires a deep technical foundation to make sound architectural decisions and guide a highly capable full-stack team. You should also have three to five years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams, demonstrating your ability to mentor developers, manage execution, and create an environment where engineers can grow and deliver consistently.
