Here is what the Software Team Leader day-to-day looks like:

• Lead a team of software developers that will execute projects from beginning to end making sure high-quality software is being delivered to our clients
• Delegate tasks to team members based on their skills
• Act as a coach to software developers, working closely with them and making sure they understand their objectives
• Work closely with Product Managers (Canada & Mexico) to ensure that our company's vision is shared across the development teams
• Promote and nurture our agile culture with the other teams and that our development processed are favoring continuous improvement
• Facilitate and promote interactions between development team, product management and stakeholders favoring strategical planning

• Holds a bachelor´s degree in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or similar)
• Possess previous experience of 4 years or more in software development
• Candidate must have a full understanding of the Agile philosophy and experience leading Agile development teams
• Demonstrate people-oriented leadership style, proactivity and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate knowledge in the following technical skills: software architectural design, code quality and automated testing, version control systems, CI/CD processes, and understanding of UI/UX analysis
• Candidate must have intermediate/advanced English communication skills

• Optionally, knowledge in Scrum, Kanban or any other Agile framework
