Full-Stack Developer en Sport12

Hello, we are Sport12!

A technology startup based in Mexico City that is developing an international sports community through the Sport12 app.

Anyone can find and register for amateur sport games within seconds on the Sport12 app. Our current focus is on soccer. We provide access to amateur sports for everyone!

Besides organizing weekly games we also organize tournaments 4 times a year where teams from different nationalities compete to win the "Cup of Nations".

We are two non-technical team members right now (from Germany & Colombia) taking care of everything. If we are able to welcome a CTO to our team that would boost the growth of the Sport12 community nationally and internationally tremendously.

The smart developer we are looking for will be fully in charge of (1) improving the current native Sport12 app and upon successful completion that person will become the CTO of Sport12, (2) developing a new application based on the experience gained of improving the current one.

The reason why we want to create a new application eventually is because we want to change from a native app to a hybrid app to save costs, preferably in react native.

We are looking for a full stack developer with abundant experience in mobile app development. Specifically, the ideal developer has the technical knowledge to be able to improve upon the current Sport12 app:

iOS frontend: Swift
Android frontend: Android
Backend: ASP.NET / C#
Database: MsSQL
Server: AWS (happy to switch to a different server o create new account to make use of existing credits valuable if creating a new account)

We know that managing all aspects of the app for one person is a very challenging task. Therefore, if you can manage the backend and either the iOS or Android part of the frontend, then we can find ways to get a junior developer that is in charge of the remaining frontend task.

If you are interest in sports, specifically in soccer, tennis or padel that is a plus.

Perfect understanding of the English language is a must.

The biggest benefit we can provide at this stage for a very experienced candidate that proved to be a valuable CTO for Sport12 are company shares up to 12%.
Sport12 is still in the initial fase (+500 paying customers) and we expect to accelerate business very quickly in the following months.
