• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries using SQL Server, CosmosDB, or similar technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality across the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Angular and .NET technologies.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large development teams (20+ members).
• Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 16+, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of database management systems and optimization techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, including components like Azure Stream Analytics and Service Bus.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
