Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a vital role in our development team, taking the lead in designing, building, and maintaining web applications. You will leverage your expertise in Next.js and React.js to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces while working with back-end systems using FastAPI.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing front-end user interfaces with Next.js (v14) and maintaining high standards of code quality.
Implementing back-end APIs and services in FastAPI to support various applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
Integrating Microsoft Teams functionalities to enhance user engagement and collaboration.
Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a solid Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a robust background in developing web applications. Ideal candidates will have:

Extensive experience with Next.js (v14) and React.js, exhibiting a clear understanding of best practices in front-end engineering.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI, demonstrating proficiency in back-end development practices.
A strong grasp of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Solid communication skills, allowing efficient collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications

While not required, candidates with the following skills will stand out:

Experience in integrating Microsoft Teams for enhanced communication and collaboration within applications.
Familiarity with cloud services and architecture, which can contribute to the scalability of applications.
An understanding of performance optimization techniques and experience in implementing them.
