Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager. The KAM will be responsible for Support the development, deepening, and loyalty of current and potential customers. Additionally, ensure that the sales process with each client is flawless from start to finish.


Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email, social media, and online research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification:
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria).
  • Determine which leads are sales-ready and which should be nurtured further.
Outreach and Engagement:
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points and requirements.
Education and Consulting:
  • Educate potential clients about the company's offerings and how they can solve specific problems.
  • Provide consultative advice and information to guide prospects in making informed decisions.
Follow-Up and Relationship Building:
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships and keep the company top-of-mind.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in a CRM HubSpot.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and conversion to management.

Minimum requirements

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business development skills
  • Familiarity with the BTL, production, events, and agencies field.
  • Knowledge in streaming and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and remote
  • Experience with software or technology sales is a plus
  • Teamwork skills, results-oriented, relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
