We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence and the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements, analyzing data, creating visual reports, and working closely with stakeholders to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.

- Work with company stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytical and reporting solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives.
-Perform data analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python to identify trends, issues, and insights.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support business decisions.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across multiple data sources.
- Lead meetings and presentations with clients to clearly communicate findings, progress updates, and recommendations.
- Apply knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry, including sales, supply chain, and consumer behavior, to create meaningful analytical solutions.
Location: Exclusive to Mexico (remote)
Senior Level
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with business processes and data structures in consumer packaged goods.
- Ability to transform complex data into simple, actionable insights for business leaders.
- Advanced English, fluent conversational level.
