Within this environment, the CDP Program Lead / Strategist role focuses on leading the strategy and vision for Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives that impact multiple client engagements, aligning technology solutions with core business objectives and advancing our clients’ data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives in close collaboration with client stakeholders.
Lead discovery sessions and prioritize CDP use cases across marketing, product, and data teams to maximize business value.
Establish governance models to ensure cross-functional alignment on CDP data usage and compliance.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, client leadership, and platform vendors such as Twilio Segment and Hightouch.
Translate high-level strategic objectives into clear and actionable requirements for both operational and technical teams.
Guide the adoption of CDP best practices and oversee continuous optimization efforts to ensure maximum benefit realization.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data strategy, marketing technology, or digital product leadership roles.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, RudderStack, and Hightouch preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively across various organizational levels.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, privacy regulations, and identity resolution principles essential for managing sensitive customer data.
Proven experience in creating and managing roadmaps and delivering cross-functional projects successfully.
Excellent strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities and leadership in multi-disciplinary teams.

Desirable Skills

Experience working with enterprise-grade clients in complex, multi-vendor environments.
Knowledge of data privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA and their operational implications on CDP implementations.
Previous involvement in change management or organizational transformation projects related to marketing data platforms.
Ability to mentor and coach junior data or marketing technologists.
