Key Responsibilities

Define scope, milestones, and deliverables for software release cycles, ensuring regulatory requirements translate accurately into technical implementation
Manage resource allocation and day-to-day execution across analyst, development, and QA teams to hit time-sensitive deadlines
Oversee risk identification and mitigation; escalate blockers and drive accountability through standups, sprint planning, and progress tracking
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; report status, timelines, and risks to leadership
Partner with support and operations to ensure full readiness for product releases, including QA validation and approval testing

Experience and Skills

Senior professional with 3-5+ years of project management experience in software or regulatory-driven environments
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams through full SDLC
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tooling
Hands-on experience with release management and QA process oversight
C1 English level or higher for seamless international collaboration
