The Salesforce Delivery Lead is a strategic, hands-on partner to our clients and internal teams. This hybrid role bridges the gap between business strategy, technical solutioning, and executive project execution. You will be uniquely responsible for leading the discovery and functional design of complex Salesforce implementations while simultaneously owning project outcomes, budget control, resource allocation, and timeline management.
As a senior member of the team, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality delivery standards are met across the organization.

Key Responsibilities



1. Project Leadership & Delivery Governance
  • End-to-End Execution: Build project plans, timelines, and governance for complex Salesforce projects using Mission Control.
  • Budget & Resources: Track financials, control burn rates, analyze Forecasted vs. Actuals, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively mitigate risks and formally manage scope changes to protect project margins.
  • Agile Orchestration: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, steering committees, and retrospectives.


2. Strategic Discovery & Solution Design
  • Requirements Leadership: Guide executive discovery sessions to turn complex business needs into prioritized roadmaps and user stories.
  • Process Optimization: Map and re-engineer client workflows (BPMN/UML) for maximum automation and Salesforce ROI.
  • Functional Architecture: Own functional design documents, ensuring Salesforce configurations meet data governance and platform best practices.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with growth teams on scoping, hourly estimations, proposals, and technical demos.


3. Stakeholder Management & Enablement
  • Trusted Advisor Relationships: Build strong client ties and deliver polished, executive-level weekly health and financial reports.
  • Testing & Adoption: Oversee the UAT lifecycle, track issue triaging, and drive user adoption via tailored client training.


4. Team Mentorship & Continuous Improvement
  • PMO & BA Growth: Mentor junior PMs and Business Analysts, sharing templates, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Process Evolution: Identify delivery bottlenecks and refine company-wide delivery standards.

Job Requirements

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a dual/hybrid role as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager leading large-scale CRM transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of managing project financials, budgets, and resource matrices.
  • Experience in pre-sales strategy, scoping, and proposal development.
Skills & Technical Knowledge
  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Deep functional understanding of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds), including capabilities, security structures, and limitations.
  • Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.
  • Consultative Communication: Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Data Literacy: Strong background in business intelligence, reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Salesforce dashboards.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant (Sales/Service), or PMP/Agile certifications are highly preferred.
  • English: Excellent written and speaking skills

Job Requirements (Nice to have)

PSA Tooling: Familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., Mission Control) and project management tracking software is highly valued.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant (Sales/Service), or PMP/Agile certifications are highly preferred.
