Full-Stack Developer en Waystone Software

We're looking for a Strong Fullstack Developer to join our team and help us bring polished, high-quality user experiences to life. If you're a UI designer, even better!

• Work with frontend UIs generated via V0.dev and transform them into production-ready React/Next.js features
• Wire frontend pages and components to backend APIs (REST and GraphQL)
• Build, modify, and maintain frontend components (dashboards, workflows, forms)
• Connect and manage state between frontend and backend (API routes, Prisma, context/state management)
• Debug and resolve frontend and backend integration issues
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Backend Developers
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Help maintain a clean, responsive, and accessible UI

Our Stack

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS (or similar)
• Backend: Node.js, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL
• Infra: AWS, Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines

As a fullstack developer at Waystone, you won’t just write code — you’ll own entire workspaces. That means:

• Translating business needs into clear, technical solutions
• Taking full responsibility for your features from design to deployment
• Writing clean, tested, and secure code across frontend and backend
• Contributing to the team by flagging risks, suggesting improvements, and communicating clearly

We are looking for developers with:

• 4+ years of experience with React and Next.js (or similar frameworks)
• Strong frontend skills — layouts, responsive design, smooth UI interactions
• Solid experience connecting frontends to APIs (REST or GraphQL)
• Familiarity working with Node.js backends and Prisma ORM
• English proficiency (C or higher) — we need clear communication on a small team
• Strong sense of ownership: you’re proactive, manage your tasks, and work independently
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred

• Design or UI Design Experience
• Experience with TailwindCSS or similar CSS libraries
• Familiarity with AI-generated UIs (like V0.dev)
• Understanding of accessibility best practices (ARIA, keyboard navigation)
• Experience writing unit or integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library)
