• Spearhead the end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, service delivery management, post-implementation support, product management, support services, and people management.
• Plan the technology product roadmap, work on proof of concepts (POC), provide code review & design support.
• Manage development activities for business process mapping of the client and identify appropriate development methodology.
• Research relevant technical requirements and ensure that deliverables meet these requirements.
• Contribute as a technical consultant for feasibility study, including technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, and estimations.
• Coordinate a team of software developers and engineers to complete all necessary tasks within a project. Undertake practical software development work as part of the team.
• Ensure the team’s quality and consistency in velocity by following SDLC guidelines, Agile methodology, conducting unit tests, and performing code reviews.
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

• Full-stack developer with 10+ years of experience developing and deploying end-to-end projects.
• Subject matter expert with hands-on experience in Python.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Reactjs, or AngularJS.
• Relational and no relational databases.
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud services.
• Good communication skills with team handling experience.
• Advanced English.

• Previous experience in Machine Learning/NLP projects is a plus
