We are looking for a Consultant or Sr. Consultant level
Experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA
Understanding of manufacturing operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate on site OCM activities (stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations)
- Supporting on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish

Key responsibilities

Coordinate on-site OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, roadshows, and structured communications.
Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities to ensure alignment across business and project teams.
Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish with accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
Help drive adoption by ensuring change messages are consistent, timely, and aligned with project milestones.
Act as a communication bridge between English-speaking project teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Maintain clear, documented communication artifacts and support readiness activities required for operational go-live.

Consultant or Sr. Consultant level

What we need from you

Consultant or Sr. Consultant level experience (less than 10 years, approximately ±1–2 years).
Demonstrated experience in OCM (Organizational Change Management) and SAP (including SAP S/4HANA exposure).
Understanding of manufacturing operations and how operational realities affect transformation, adoption, and process change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to present, explain, and translate change content effectively.
Strong organization and follow-through to coordinate on-site activities, manage timelines, and keep communications aligned to stakeholders’ needs.
Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with stakeholders during roadshows, engagement sessions, and project communication cycles.

Desirable (not required)

Experience coordinating bilingual OCM content across multiple stakeholder groups (workshops, roadshows, readiness sessions).

Prior participation in end-to-end transformation programs (discovery → communication planning → execution → adoption support).
Experience using structured OCM tools/artifacts (e.g., stakeholder maps, communication plans, readiness tracking) to improve adoption outcomes.
