As a Customer Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the customer experience and operations, coordinating with third-party customers and partners throughout production runs. You will help ensure deadlines are met, delivery timelines are accurate, and communications are transparent. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, operations, and supply chain, supporting cross-functional teams to uphold quality, safety, and process excellence while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers and external partners
Coordinate production schedules and ensure alignment with customer expectations
Provide updates on production status, timelines, and delivery
Resolve issues or delays proactively and professionally
Maintain accurate records of communications and project status
Work closely with internal teams (production, purchasing, operations)

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly communicative individual to manage client relationships and coordination across production cycles. You will translate customer needs into actionable production plans, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed with timely, clear updates.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong problem-solving skills are required to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
Experience in customer service, account management, or coordination roles, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or production settings, is highly valued.
