As a Software Developer you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will need to be able to understand current organization (AS-IS) and act in transformational environment (TO-BE). You will be work closely within the Markets Risk Product Team as a team member of one of the following Squads: P&L Cycle, Structural Data, Valuation Cycle, Metrics Cycle, Capital Cycle.
You will be part of a mixed functional and technical Team to receive the requirements provided by the business user and translate them to the technical team.
Additionally, you will help with definition of the data structures related to different functional concepts. Decisions about the architecture will have to be taken also.
You will also execute basic technical tasks, following the internal procedures and best practices.

Functions:

Implication on the Team and organization on how to work in best practices and values to fit the client needs.
Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.
Interaction with final users to receive and understand the business requirements.
Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competences.
Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
GAP analysis from users and definition to developers.
Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, being able to successfully keep up with their requirements and deadlines.
Analysis and resolution of incidents in the Market Risk Business Area.

Requirements:

Required qualifications:

+ 5 years of experience in banking technology projects (mandatory).
Proven experience in agile development environments: Scrum, Kanban; and tools: Jira, Confluence (mandatory).
Knowledge of financial products: Equities, Interest Rates, Forex, Credit (mandatory).
SQL Knowledge to execute complex queries (mandatory).
Experience designing data models to store information efficiently (mandatory).

Languages:

English - high level.

Optional knowledge:

Knowledge of the usual production tools in banking areas: Service-Now, ControlM (desirable).

Technical knowledge in Cloud solutions and BigData architecture (optional).
