We are looking for a Functional QA Analyst with experience in Salesforce to join our software development team. This role is essential for validating business processes, ensuring quality across Salesforce implementations, and working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners.

Responsibilities:

Validate business flows and functionalities implemented in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Design, write, and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing to ensure product quality.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Participate in user story reviews and help define acceptance criteria.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder).
Basic knowledge of test automation tools.
Experience testing integrations with other systems (e.g., ERPs, APIs).

Requirements:

Proven experience in functional testing within Salesforce environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
English conversational proficient
