Senior Project Manager en Apply Digital Latam

Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in LATAM and work in EST.

We are looking for a Front-end focused Software Engineer to produce scalable software solutions and join a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that are visible from the computer user’s vantage point within a web application. You will combine the art of design with the science of programming, translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code.

• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
• Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.

• 7 + years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or other project management tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including experience leading sprint planning and execution as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies such as agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, and kanban.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and tools including AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations.
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with headless implementations of eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce), CMS (Contentful, Contentstack), Loyalty (Talon.one, EagleEye), Identity (Stytch, Okta), and Personalization (Ninetailed, Segment).
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms.
• Willingness to work on EMEA timezone (GMT+2)
• Technical background in Computer Science is a plus.
