About This Role
We're a fast-growing online education brand (college admissions coaching) looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Meta Ads Campaign Coordinator to join our lean, focused team.
This is an in-house brand role — not an agency. You'll work on a single brand with a consistent focus, consistent tone, and a consistent product. No juggling 15 clients. No last-minute pivots because a client panicked. No agency chaos. Just clean, focused execution work where your attention to detail actually matters and gets noticed.
You'll work directly under our Senior Media Buyer, who owns all strategy and optimization decisions. Your job is to be the execution engine: building campaigns exactly right, every time.
- Build campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads inside Meta Ads Manager following precise briefs and SOPs
- Set targeting parameters (audiences, placements, geographies) and budgets as directed by the Senior Media Buyer
- Upload creative assets — images, videos, and ad copy — into the platform accurately and on time
- QA your own work before anything goes live (double-checking UTMs, pixels, naming conventions, budgets)
- Pull basic reports and organize campaign performance data in Google Sheets or our reporting templates
- Document your processes — you'll create and maintain SOPs and templates that make the whole team faster
- Flag any discrepancies, errors, or platform issues to the Senior Media Buyer immediately
What You Will NOT Be Responsible For
This is important: you are not a media buyer. You won't be expected to optimize campaigns, make budget decisions, or take ownership of results. That's the Senior Media Buyer's domain. Your job is precision execution — doing the technical build work flawlessly so the media buyer can focus on strategy.
