Your Mission

Transform raw footage into compelling, high-performing video content that captures attention, maintains engagement, and drives action — across both organic and paid channels, in long-form and short-form formats.

What You'll Work On

End-to-End Video Editing

You will receive raw footage from our videographer and take full ownership of the editing process across multiple content formats.

Organic Content

  • Edit long-form YouTube videos that are educational, engaging, and optimized for retention
  • Incorporate b-roll, motion graphics, and on-screen text to reinforce key messages
  • Create short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) adapted from long-form videos, tailored to each platform’s pacing and hook dynamics

Performance Content

  • Produce high-converting video sales letters (VSLs), Meta ads, and YouTube pre-roll ads
  • Apply direct-response principles, including strong hooks, open loops, and clear calls-to-action
  • Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing across campaigns

Process & Optimization (Over Time)

  • Build and maintain editing templates and an organized asset library to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Contribute to developing scalable workflows as content production expands

Who This Is For

  • 3–5+ years of experience editing video for brands or content creators
  • Strong understanding of audience retention and the ability to identify and resolve drop-off points
  • Proven ability to edit both long-form (e.g., 30–45 minute YouTube videos) and short-form (e.g., 15–60 second ads), with a clear understanding of the differences in approach
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects or CapCut
  • Ability to enhance talking-head videos with engaging visual elements
  • Self-directed, reliable, and proactive in communication
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to deadlines
